- Dissolve agar in 3 cups of hot water using double boiling method.
- Add sugar, stir.
- Filter undissolved agar.
- Add mango puree, stir.
- Add 3 cups of water to cold down the temperature.
- Add cream, stir.
- Pour in the mold immediately.
- Put in the fridge for an hour before serving.
