  1. You need 3 of cans(14.5 ounce) low sodium chicken broth.
  2. It's 1 tablespoon of margarine or butter.
  3. It's 1 of onion, chopped.

  5. You need 1 can (15.5 ounce) of small white beans, undrained.
  6. Prepare 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
  7. It's 1 teaspoon of tarragon leaves.
  8. It's 2 cups of frozen mixed veggies.
  9. It's 2 cups of egg noodles.
  10. Prepare 1 cup of heavy cream.
  11. Prepare 2 cups of Bisquick mix.
  12. Prepare 2/3 cup of milk.
  13. You need 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes.
  14. It's 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  15. You need 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Creamy Cheesy Dumpling Soup 🍜 step by step

  1. In a large pot heat up margarine or butter.......
  2. Add chopped onion, sauté for several minutes, then add minced garlic, sauté for several more minutes.......
  3. Now add your chicken broth, small white beans, black pepper, tarragon leaves, mixed veggies and egg noodles, boil until egg noodles are tender, about 10 minutes......
  4. Meanwhile in a separate bowl mix together the Bisquick mix, milk,parsley flakes and cheeses, put bowl off to the side.....If mixture is too dry add more milk until it reaches a dough like consistency.......
  5. When egg noodles are tender add your heavy cream, turn heat down to low and stir for several more minutes........
  6. Now add your Bisquick mix to soup, using a large spoon to drop mixture onto the top of the soup, continue to add mix until all mixture is on top of soup, cook for 10 minutes uncovered........
  7. Now cover pot and cook for another 10 minutes....... 😋.
  8. Stir slightly when done, ladle soup into a bowl and enjoy 😉!!!!.

If you find the soup is too thin for your liking you can easily use flour or cornstarch to thicken it up. A creamy, cheesy potato soup that gets a shortcut with cream soups. I am talking of course about Campbell's condensed soups! And, for me, it really does need to be Campbell's because the generics just do not stack up in flavor in my little ole humble opinion.
