- Prepare 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.

- You need 12 oz of milk.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Flan step by step
- Set oven at 325°.
- Blend the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Blend cream cheese and corn starch after. Fat free ingredients will have different results.
- Put sugar in a pan, stir constantly and let melt. Do not let boil.
- Pour melted sugar in baking dish or single baking cups.
- Once sugar has cooled, pour blended ingredients into dish.
- Place dish in water bath.
- Place in oven for hour and a half or until top is golden brown.
- Let cool in fridge.
- Run thin plastic knife around flan to release from dish. Flip onto plate or platter.
