Ingredients of Mango Salsa
- It's 1 of mango peeled seeded and chopped.
- Prepare 1 of medium size red bell pepper finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 of red onion chopped.
- Prepare 2 tsp of finely chopped cilantro.
- It's 1 of fresh jalapeño chili pepper finely chopped.
- It's 1 tsp of honey.
- Prepare 2 tsp of lime juice.
- You need to taste of salt.
Mango Salsa step by step
- In a serving bowl mix the mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, honey, lime juice and salt. (All the ingredients).
- Cover , and allow to rest for at least 30 minutes before serving. You can serve it with lettuce hearts stuffed with chicken like the way i did mine (on the photo). Enjoy!.
